TXC TAKES OVER THE BUD WORLD CLUB IN DOHA

The TxC duo conquer the world’s biggest stage alongside Lil Baby during FIFA World Cup™ festivities

The TxC DJs (Tarryn Reid and Clairise Hefke) proved once again that the ‘World Is Yours To Take’ on the Bud World Club stage in Doha last night alongside American rapper, Lil Baby. The pair blew the international crowd away with the electrifying sounds of SA’s biggest music breakthrough, Amapiano, and highly charged dance moves – Mzansi style.

As the official beer of the FIFA World Cup™, TxC has been invited by Budweiser to shine a spotlight on their barrier-breaking talent during FIFA World Cup™ events in Doha and Dubai.

“It was truly something else to look into the crowd and seeing people from every corner of the world dance to our set. It was truly special. We are so thankful for the opportunity to not only connect with so many different cultures, but to continue to seize our greatness and live our dreams,” said Tarryn and Clairise.

Today, the Amapiano duo will jet off to Dubai as headline artists of the BUDX FIFA Fan Fest, at the picturesque Dubai Harbour.

INTERNATIONAL DUO DJ SENSATION TXC DROPPING LONG AWAITED EP THIS MONTH

Johannesburg, South Africa – Having toured the African continent, various parts of the UK , UAE  and performed in 13 countries over the past 18 months, the globally renowned DJ outfit TxC today confirmed the release of the debut amapiano EP titled A FIERCE PIANO, set to take place 24th June 2022.
 
Usually entertaining their audience from behind the decks, TxC are no strangers to the SA music scene. Known for their energetic and electrifying Amapiano DJ sets across the country, they first came into the spotlight during the height of the pandemic.
 
Having prospered in the South African music industry over the past 2 years, TxC are finally ready to release their first official project.
 
 Their first official musical offering into market, A FIERCE PIANO is a 5 track EP featuring top African artists and producers including Unlimited Soul, Daliwonga, Murumba Pitch & Toss.
 
Joining forces with local artists Dinky Kunene and TnK MusiQ, the first single, Too Deep was born. This rich fusion of soul and dance is an introductory track which speaks directly to the heart  and is set to give the audience a  taste of their new sound.
 
With a mellow intro and matching lyrics appealing to everyone who’s had a taste of modern dating and “situationships” dropped today.
 
Another special track to look out for is the multi layered single ‘Mood’ featuring Nigerian based talent, artist Tim Lyre and producer Ronehi Omofuma, making this their first international feature.
 

        ‘South Africa has shown us nothing but love since stepping  into this music world two years ago. The time now finally feels right to head into the next phase of our music career and we can’t wait to share it with all our supporters’ affirmed the dynamic duo and adds, ‘We have found a unique sound that works for us, and this EP is a reflection of that.
