Fake People Fall Collection Review

We at The Beau Guide are proud to announce this advertorial campaign by our very own special friends Katlego Lemao alongside Kabelo Seshai who are the CEO’s and Founders of Fake People. As I’m sure you  heard of the brand at some point in your life because the brand is associated with a lot of artist including the late Mpura and Killer Kau who are friends with the CEO’s so without hesitation, We present the fall loungewear collection.

We would firstly like to say we appreciate the extent of the shooting with the garments. The photographer really pulled skills from an avant-garde ideology which shows off the extensive work put into this loungewear.

We would like to highlight the fact that every piece was specifically designed to not only fit the modern era of couture sweats but to use the best fabrics from the get-go.

So the creative director made sure to keep the designs as uniquely as possible as you will never finds loungewear with these intricate details

The Fake People Ad Campaign Video shows the great lengths the company is willing to go to show authenticity within a very marginalized fashion industry.

In South Africa most designers tend to keep it safe with African prints which are a best seller as those garments represent repetition but with Fake People fashion is brought back into western ideologies which tie in to the modern South African child.

So here we have this strategically made sweats from scratch that prove to be high fashion by the way it’s made.

Most merch is purchased from suppliers which is an easy fast way to continuously release collections but Katlego goes in a different route which exercises growth in street fashion and that is the reason why his clothing is not only streetwear but is couture in an everyday connotation.

And to yet again show diversity the brands fall collection sweats are available in various colors as a way not to marginalize anyone.
