D I C K E R launched a summer/spring 2017 collection that took the fashion world by storm, Showcasing a rather spectacular and unique way to normalized clothing. The collection featured chokers that are gender neutral. We were taken by a storm when we learned that the entire collection is gender neutral and their take on visuals was rather a gloomy ecstasy which is where the whole future of fashion is heading. The designers forward thinking breaks the norm to a normalized clothing, Their unique take on material and cut makes them a unique duo thats right after Dolce & Gabbana’s crown. Their breathe of fresh air relates more to the youth of the world that is all about breaking norms and standing out as an individual yet dressing up with complete control of the personality you are. We are truly looking forward to their new collection because it has truly been an amazing ride they have taken us on and the we at The Beau Guide know for sure that it was not the climax of the fashion house as young as they are we are expecting more daring pieces that can be functional yet so uniquely different. We are definitely fanatics of the fast growing fashion house that above all is gender neutral and makes sure to pop the social pimple

Tokyo James
We at The Beau Guide are obsessed with Tokyo James and with this designer issue we had to feature him as one of the best African designers that show authenticity with he’s designs, A strong vision and the ability to represent Africanism background without rubbing it in our faces. He started his fashion career whilst in school studying BSC Mathematics Degree while wearing the hat of being a creative director & global editor of Rough a digital publication that has international exposure to countries around the world like Africa, Italy, United States of America, United Kingdom & France and is very respected within the publication world and with all this success its only been around for 9years. He truly has an ability to wear different hats at the same time and makes it look graceful enough to look easy. He has showcased with South African Mens Week more times than we could count and delivers with each and every collection, Not to mention his diversity in ad campaigns he’s good eye for marketing to an audience that is predominantly male encourages men to go out and buy the new Tokyo James purse with tribalism in its minimalistic mood but also just right to merge with everything in your closet. And we at The Beau Guide would like to say salute to one of our own that is doing great things internationally as well as locally, He has single handedly proven that the sky is not only the limit but is just a level where everyone can reach. A perfect story on professionalism meets determination meets talent and meets the right timing. We love you
New Balance Collection Launch
New Balance recently invited the Beau to preview its new collection of sneakers and clothing, the collection features delicate flowers that give it a spring feeling but also there are solid colors for the brave hearts.
In Braamfontein 70 Juta street all the cool kids were there to experience this new era “New Balance” is partaking on, We at the Beau Guide were very impressed with the direction as now it’s not as sporty but has a kick of high end luxury clothing with the comfort of sporty clothing and that makes it a must have in our closets. The fabric used to make this collection is water proof but also very lite which gives off the Spring/Summery feeling and the advert campaign also did not disappoint as it features the best up and coming creatives like @African_Ginger an illustrator and @Solarisitu who is a self care practitioner, Both creatives blended with New Balance to make the ad campaign come alive.
New Balance maintains a manufacturing presence in the United States as well as in the United Kingdom for the European market and now African market, where they produce some of their most popular models such as the 990 model in contrast to its competitors, which oftens manufacture exclusively outside the USA and Europe. As a result, New Balance shoes tend to be more expensive than those of many other manufacturers.
To offset this pricing difference, New Balance differentiate their products with technical features, such as blended gel inserts, heel counters and a greater selection of sizes, particularly for very narrow or very wide widths. The company has made total profits of approximately $69 billion since 1992.
