Directions:

Layer all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowel.

Thoroughly hand mix all the dry ingredients before layering the wet ingredients on top of the dry ingredient mixture.

Add all the wet ingredient items before you start to pull the dry mixture up into the wet mixtured items.

Break the 4 yokes before the pulling up motion of dry-to-wet drag process begins, blending the ingedients together.

This recipe ingedients has to use the dry-to-wet drag motion, to properly blend the ingredients together, so the batter doesn’t turn, into a glue like consistency.

Once the batter starts to properly pull together then you can, do more like, conventional stirring.

After the batter is evenly mixed together; set the bowel aside, for 30 to 45 minutes, up to an hour, for the dry – wet ingedients, to have time, to permeate into each other.

The dry-wet permeation process is required to properly merge the nutient enzyme proteins, to create this food product.

After the permeation process is completed, stir the batter, and then spoon into an oil brushed stick free mini muffin pans.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, in a preheated 350°F conventinal oven.

Ovens very in temperature, at different altitudes, so start checking the brownie muffins, at 20 minutes and vary the temperature timing, to meet your climate.

The brownies should be firm, to the touch when finished baking.

After the brownies complete the cooking process remove them from the oven and immediately turn them out, of the pan onto a cooling rack.

Let them thoroughly cool uncovered for several hours before placing them in a plastic bag or sealed container.

Place in the refrigerator or freeze before serving.

Makes about 48 mini muffins.
